NYLON Magazine Summer Tour '09
First of all... wow. The NYLON Summer Tour was AMAAAAAZIIING!
I seriously had the most amazing time ever.

Seriously, one of the most fun girls nights... for sure the most fun one in a while.
No drama, just laughs and giggles and drinks.

good + free!
Nothing is better than some really good, free beats. I have stored my iPod with some really good(& FREE!) music, just in time for the summer. And it has come via 2 of my favorite things in the whole world: NYLON Magazine and Urban Outfitters. NYLON has their 2009 summer playlist out and I downloaded that as soon as I got the email. And I just downloaded the playlist that U.O. put out.
Plus I also got some tracks from rcrdlbl.com
One of which is becoming a personal favorite as we speak,
"Dream City" by Free Energy.
You should really check them out, good stuff. The song is very catchy.
Oh and since the NYLON Summer Tour is around the corner, I am checking out some of other bands, I hadn't really heard of Living Things before and wow! They are really amazing. I can't wait until Tuesday!

That is just what I need during my summer break, just a quick little trip up along the PCH with fun people. Plus I have always wanted to visit San Fran. So now I just have to beg the 'rents for permission & bam!

Sure made my day with that comment the other day.
So I am now 21! My birthday was fun. Only Marilu, Daisy, Claudia & Edgar made it. Everyone else was "busy". At least Krissie tried to make it, it wasn't her fault that the line to get into Moscow was so damn long, I got to see her for a min.
Wearing: Black & White ruffle bust dress, black patent leather oxfords, studded white clutch, chunky studded silver bracelet, oversized silver flower ring.
Sure made my day with that comment the other day.

21!
Its almost my happy birthday! eek!

What should my "first drink" be???
I asked my sister-in-law, who knows ugh, her drinks. She suggested her old favorite(she can't drink anymore, being that she is 8 months preggers).
So a kamikaze perhaps?
I am hoping to have a good time tomorrow night. I had planned for a girls night, but a few of my close guy friends may join. Either way, when I pictured my 21st birthday, this is what I had in mind that it would look like, more or less, you know, minus the like & co:
oh also, I am planning to retire the screen name ROCK&ROLL QUEEN as soon as I turn 21...
I feel like its old now, its part of who I was at age 18, 19(specially 19) and 20.
and I want a change for 21... everyone is telling me I will be a real adult now, not an "amateur adult" like Walter called me at 20. So it more than likely be gone at the stroke of midnight.
Also, I feel kind of awkward when people have approached me saying "Hi, you are "Rock & Roll Queen" right?" Though thank goodness this hasn't happend in like what, 2 years? See, I guess I was living up to the name back in 2007 when I was 19...

I hope I become a Ghost
I can't seem to get enough of the Deadly Syndrome right now. Maybe its the music... or maybe its because I think Chris is fucken charming & adorable. I think it is a combo of both. I wish they played a gig soon. I'd so be there in a heartbeat.
My sister & I spent quality time day the other day looking at their live footage, we love how he dances.

no mercy!
Last night: Sparks(they are still around!) in the car, people starring at us, singing, more people starring, douche bags cutting us off, Dodger Dogs, Nachos, Big Blue Margaritas, the Nutlover, the MLB & co. cheering, booing, drinking, drinking drinking, Busting missions to get from Reserve to the field, showing no mercy, running & cutting people off, jumping over onto the field, getting yelled at for doing so, fireworks show, taking it all in, pictures, stealing some grass, sitting down & just *sigh* loving life...
